By Using BLACK CAR LIVERY SERVICE, you agree to abide by these Terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you are not recommended to use or access this website or use any other services provided by BLACK CAR LIVERY SERVICE.
We, BLACK CAR LIVERY SERVICE, reserve the right to review and amend any of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Upon doing so, we will update this page. Any changes to these Terms of Service will take effect immediately from the date of publication.
Toronto Pearson Airport Pick-Up Locations and Procedure:
Terminal 1 & 3: Please follow this procedure to find your Black Car Livery Service Transportation: Proceed to Exit door “A”. Go to Pre-Arranged Services Desk and have Security call your Black Car Livery Vehicle under your last name. If you can’t locate your driver, please don’t leave the airport, and call immediately at
(416) 704-1936 and we will direct you to your vehicle.
Airport Wait Time:
Black Car Livery Service provides up to 1 hour of free wait time on each arrival. Wait time is charged in 1/2 hour increments equal to the hourly rate of the vehicle. Our System automatically tracks your flight. As the estimated arrival time for your flight approaches, our system automatically updates your reservation with any changes in arrival time. You do not need to call us if your flight is delayed. However, you do need to call us at (416) 704-1936 if your flight information changes (e.g., if you are taking a different flight, missed your flight or your flight gets cancelled). In the case that your flight gets cancelled, someone from Black Car Livery Service will reach out to you to acquire details about changing your booking
Wait Time Period:
There is a 15-minute Grace Period on all transfers (excluding Airport pickups). If the grace period is exceeded, wait time is charged in ½ hour increments equal to the Hourly Rate of the vehicle.
We recommend that you reserve your transportation in advance (at no additional cost) for guaranteed service availability. Our online reservation allows anyone to book a car at least 5 hours in advance depending on the pick-up address. If you need a car in less than 3 hours, please call us at (416) 704-1936.
Credit Card Transaction:
To complete and confirm all reservations, we need valid credit card information so that we can make a booking in our system. The credit card information is only to confirm your booking and you won’t be charged until after the ride. Please note that our drivers don’t process any payment in the car. Once we charge your credit card, we’ll send the email receipt.
Black Car Livery Service reserves the right to change any rates of any of the services at any time without prior notice unless the booking has already been made using the old rates in which case you will be charged the old rate.
NO SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY
100% will be charged if cancelled less than 4 hours prior. 50% will be charged 4-6 hours prior.
No Show Policy:
You will be considered a no-show at 30 minutes past the pickup time. If you have not met your Chauffeur or contacted us by phone, you will be charged, in full for the order.
Speciality vehicles include Stretch SUV, Stretch Sedan, Shuttle Bus, Coach, etc. For up to ONE WEEK prior to the pick-up date, there is no cancellation fee. If booking is cancelled less than ONE WEEK prior to pick up date, a charge of $350.00 plus applicable taxes and/or other fees applies. If booking is cancelled less than 72 Hours prior to the pickup time, the full charge will apply.
The initial confirmation of the reservation may not include some charges incurred during the trip including but not limited to:

♦ Waiting Time
♦ 407 ETR Tolls & Parking.
By utilizing Black Car Livery Service, you expressly authorize your credit card/corporation account to be charged in accordance with our rates and policies.
